Best wax for Hot & Humid(80%-99%, most of the time) climate

So guys what is the best wax for hot and humid climates. I am in North Floida and we have 2 seasons, HOT and Damn Hot. Also being near the coast, the humidity is always 80%-99%.

One more question. I am going to pick up a polisher to apply the wax, should I remove by hand or is it easier to remove w/ the polisher. I have 2 orbitals, and they both suck A&& , and that is why I want a polisher.
