biggest slick on 95

I am putting a bigger tire on my 95 and im trying to see what would fit. I have a 26x10x15 et drag and im looking at
28x10.5 but would the 28x11.5 fit. just trying to see so when Im coming off the brake with the spray it don't rub. also this is with weld rt-s wheels with 6.5bs
