Well after making hundreds of calls around for the Crower Stage II blower cams, an interesting story came up. Just so happens the cams are discontinued now, and crower had one set left sitting on the shelf. Soooooo, I bit the bullet and ordered them. Only thing left now to order are the valve springs/steel retainers. Other than that, my dad and I will be doing the install and I will just get a retune. Hoping for 410-420rwhp/410+tq. Now when this will all get done, not really sure. May not do the install until after the summer passes.

well like I said I probably won't get to it until the end of the summer before I put her away for the winter. But I'll absolutely have vids/pics of everything. Next step is 15" rims with bigs/skinnies and some track times!

why didn't you just order cams from someone else? there are a few other companies that make some really great cams...

i have done my research for years on non pi cams. These were the absolute best cams somebody could put in a car with a setup like mine.

I'd be tempted to pull those heads off and get port and valve job. Would not cost that much and would help you out greatly. Something mild should be in the price range of the cams and add nice #'s....

I love spending other peoples money.... :)

trust me, I would love to do my heads. Keep in mind though with these cams alone I should be in the 420rwhp range through an auto and high stall that is. if I did my heads I wouldnt doubt I could be in the upper 400's. I think that may be a little too much for stock bottom end!
