Black ford emblem

i think people were separating the plastic and painting it black. I think blue oval industrys made them back in the day.

the people that have them bought overlays...
they are just weather resistant stickers u put on top of the ford blue oval, they look good if put on right

after reading this thread i just went outside in the rain and attempted to separate the plastic and cracked the top part haha.. the blue oval does stick out pretty badly though, would look sick with a black background instead of blue. anyone that has more info on this emblem would be appreciated

Like mentioned above the best way is to just get a overlay from ebay. they are just a decal that you stick over.

i found a write up on the internet where a guy seperated them , i think he took a heat gun and melted the glue and it came apart, ill look for it and post it up here
