I've searched through the forums but can't find anything that I'm looking for...
I have a white 96 convertible with a black top, I keep going back and forth between keeping my wheels like they are, or getting them painted/powder coated black. Anybody have black wheels? If so pictures would be greatly appreciated.

a couple guys on here have black torq thrust wheels with a polished lip and they look good. So yeah Id say a set of black wheels would look good.

I've got blacked out headlights, and gonna black out the taillights I have a black top, I think the black wheels will be the ticket. I think the black and white look will be the way to go for me. I dunno that gold wheels would go well with white and black stuff.

It is a pretty nice look. Make sure you get a polished lip though.

I have some pics I'll have to post them. I'm also thinking about going with a white wheel with a black lip.

yeah it is the xenon front bumper and side skirts, I like them. I have since sanded the bumper down and smoothed all the hard edges so it won't look as wide, and I am in the process of building my own rear bumper instead of the stupid rear bumper skirt it had on it.

Thanks for the help with the pics. I'm thinking of doing maybe a satin black lip and White spoke instead, it would be unique, I haven't seen many like that. I know that the white will be harder to stay clean than the black would be but I think it will match the paint job I'm thinking of in my head. I think I'm gonna get the center of the front bumper painted satin black and the rear bumper piece painted satin black with a satin black accent on the hood. So it will all kinda flow together with the satin black gloss white look.

you will only own one set of white wheels so make sure they are some nice ones. I had a cbr600F2 that had white wheels. Use to clean them everytime really quick before I went out and would almost cry when I noticed they were almost gret when I got to my first stop light. Hope you like cleaning brakedust if you buy white..........

on the wheels that I have it seems that the ring around the wheel or the lip, at least thats what I think its called, get dirty alot faster than the spokes, I think if the lip is black it will be alot easier to keep clean, not saying it will be easy to but it will stay cleaner than an all white wheel would... I dunno...
