Blower Fan Not Working

Not the engine fan but the blower fan that blows your a/c through the vents and whatnot...that fan is not working. its NOT just blowing one speed, it just doesnt blow at all. I'm looking for a fuse, but none seem to be blown under the dash. The ones in the engine compartment seem to be fine as well....anyone have a number of a fuse I should look for , or any other suggestions...thanks
