2 weeks is what I give you on stock half shafts.

unless he is on drag radials or is driving through the wheelhop, i highly doubt he will break the shafts. they are 31 spline and he has an auto, so he can't launch at a high rpm.

All you guys talkinga bout the blower sticking up... that thing is mean as fuuuuuuuuu. I would slap a single step 4" with a huge hole out of it, stiffen it up so it doesn't rip apart, and rock it with that blower sticking out.

Looks damn good. How low does the oil pan sit? Is there a way to lower the motor mounts? :eek:ccasion14:

There are 2 ways to lower the engine... and really you can do both. First you can space the k member from the unibody. Basically you but a space plate to lower the k member down. Then I would also get a set of solid engine mounts. That will help too.

Solid mounts should be stiff...

I love Drag Racing dont get me wrong but i love to take the corners also.I was going to make this a Drag only car since i only drive it on the weekends but i still love my A/C and Corners somtimes. So i figured i would just try to make it the best of both worlds. For Now...

Personally I'm not a fan of a rear mounted turbo... someone with a 12mm wrench and about 3 minutes of free time can just walk away with your turbo.

Why not just mount the turbo in the engine bay under the coolant reservoir? That's where I'm planning on placing mine.

lol I know, I have one... and it's only taller and wider.. has nothing to do with the space between the radiator and the timing cover.
