Broken bolt in head

Ok guys, i was driving my car one day and came off the cutch pretty hard nd noticed that the stearing was hard. pulled over to check it out to find out that my bealt had came off whicj made it run hot. later found out that i had snaped the 2 bolts that bolt the alternator bracket to the head off. Now my /n is how di i get them out? They are broke even with the head also. I dont hav e acces to a welder or many tools so wt do i do? ANY HELP OR COMMENTS WILL B GREATLY APPRECIATED. THANKS IN ADVANCE

Only other way is a drill and an easy out. Should be fairly since those bolts are short.

+1 drill into the broken bolt and use an ez out kit..

I broke a bolt off in the front of my block, I tried everything to get it out but after a few day's of trying and several types of penetration oil .
I bought some "kroil" and it took a small pair of channel locks on the broken bolt and a large set of channel locks squeezing the handles of the smaller ones
to finally get the bolt broke loose. I would try something like that if you can, I was afraid I would have to pull the motor to have the hole drilled right.

the one up by the dist likes to break because it goes down into the coolant passage. When mine snapped it was sooo rusted out you could not see where the bolt stopped or the block started. Tried 3 different easy-outs and only suceeded in breaking on in the hole. In the end, new heads.....
