I bought chrome bolts to replace the old bolts on my strut tower brace. When i was tightening the last bolt, it snapped in half inside the strut tower.Trying to get it out, i drilled a hole in the broken bolt, and got a drill bit to reverse it out;when i was screwing the reverser drill bit in the bolt it snapped in half... so im stuck as to how to get it out, since the drill bit is like double hardened, and nothing can drill through it.

there is a tool to remove the broken bit but I have no idea where to find it.
Can you get to the back side to tap it out?

for what its worth I have used a washer a little smaller than the bolt that is stuck and tacked it to the bolt with a mig welder, then tacked a nut to the washer then slowly turned the nut out. Just something to try if you got the welder.
