www.squarerootofone.com has full pics and some detail. New headers are finally nearing completion. Those will be available for retail purchase pretty soon too. HPS has released their 5.4L 2v intake and it's badass. i have mine already. They dropped the price to 695 shipped. dayum!

not me on the tig. That guy builds American LeMans series race cars normally. I managed to get him to agree to make my headers. I'm going down today to get more pics. We'll see if it's just about ready for the dyno or what.

I'm looking for ~320-340rwhp and 340-360rwtq on motor. I've got a nitrous kit going together with 150hp pills in it but I may back that down a bit or break it back into 2 stages. The thing is so damn torquey it breaks the hides loose in 3rd with the shitty shorty headers so I'll have to see how it drives with the new pipes and better tune.
