This has been covered before, but I want to make sure I'm doing it right. I've unbolted the two bolts to the fender on each side of the car, and the three to the bottom of the radiator support were ripped off before I bought the car. The bumper is very loose and seems to be attached below the headlight housing. Do I just rip it? I don't see a way to take off the black plastic headlight liner.

The bumper actually locks into the header panel underneth the lights. Personally the only way I have found to get the bumper off with out damaging anything, had mine off several times, is to remove the marker lights then unbolt the header panel from the car, two bolts on either side behind the marker lights, then 2 on either side of the grille opening, then you can access the tab that locks the bumper to the header panel. To make live easier later on I usually cut the locking tabs off so the next time I go to take the bumper off I don't have to mess with the header panel.
