Hello everyone!

I looking into buying an sn95 in the very near future and I am wondering if there is anything specific I should look for? Or are there any common issues the cars have that should be addressed? Any help would be much appreciated.one

Oh and this weekend I am going to check out a 95 GT with 120k on the car but 50k on newer motor and rebuilt trans. I will post a link if anyone is interested.

I'm biased towards the 94-95's, because mine is a 95. I don't really have any offer to give on what to look for, sorry! Take it to a mechanic you trust & have them look @ it. Try to get a CarFax on it. That wasn't around when I bought mine. Hope you land you one. 96-98's are fine, too. I wanted the 5.0L/302.

The only common issues that I know of on the 94/95 is the widow motor shredding that little rubber piece inside of it and the odometer stopping. Both are easy fixes though, how much are they asking? Oh and WELCOME!

I like the idea of the 5.0 too, sounds like its easier to make power for cheap from what I have heard. I could definetly be wrong though. I just like the tail lights from the later models better, but those can swap between the two right?

The guy is asking 3500 but is taking offers (my lucky day right?) Car is super clean on the outside (looks completely stock) and has a few minor mechanical mods. All it needs is a new ebrake handle, because of this the center console is currently taken apart as the guy was fixing it. I havent done the carfax yet though...

BTW the responce time on this forum is rediculous! :)

Here is the link (no one steal the car please haha):

It is just the mods listen in the ad (exhaust and so on) I am guessing that 250hp is an exaggeration. BUT he does have reciepts for almost all the work! All that is missing is the trans rebuild labor, he has the receipt for the trans parts.

I think I can talk the guy down quite a bit also because he wants to get rid of it quickly from our conversations. I also have another car to sell after buing this one so I will have a bit of money to put into the car quickly (or buy a street bike?) Either way, I am excited!
