C&l power pipe

I assume you're talking about the C&L cold air kit pipe. I bought my car with this and their MAF meter already installed and have had
no problems with it. For some reason it's not letting me post a pic i have, even from photobucket...

Yeah I just got the pipe. I don't expect to get a hp gain I just was wondering about fitment. I got is cause it was cheap and it looks good under dah hood . I'll put it on today along with my bbk70mm tb.

I got one w/ my new set up from last summer. I got it for the looks. I dont like their meters but their tru flow pipes are sweet. They fit really well

That looks damn good! Any problems with the c&l since you arnt supposed to have your maf conmected to the fenderwall?

Got me all confused too. I like the fact that the C&L piece looks a lot tougher than most of the other Cold Air Pipes available.

I mean cause it is only holding onto the throttle body for support. Normally the mass air is mounted to the fenderwall as well. Am I making sense now haha.?

I know what you mean now and its fine, Ive run a set up like this before as well just w/ a different mass air meter. As long as your not pushing down on the end of the filter nothing is going to come loose or come off.
