I kinda want to paint my calipers, but the white car makes me feel like the options are very limited. Are there any colors that look alright with white?

here's the car, gimme some suggestions. or, if you guys think it would be retarded to paint them, tell me that too lol

I generally prefer red.. can't really go wrong with it on most colors. Any neutral color will look nice as well, black, grey, silver...

or you could always polish them :coolsmiley:

Same as any other metal...it probably took a long ass time to do that.

Sand it down with a low grit, then sand more and more with a higher grit untill your to like 1000 grit-2000 grit then polish with some sort of metal polish.

Of course the polish part would go 100000x faster with some sort of machine...buffer, orbital.

Those do look great

Theres an article in the Tech area up there where they tell you how to polish calipers.

I'm prolly gonna paint my red because I don't have the patience to polish the calipers. Polish FTW

Opal that looks great, what did you use on the Cobra letters?

Thanks Onyx...... My powdercoater just cleaned the cobra letters with scotchbright. I think the flash just makes them look white but in all actuallity they are just clean metal.

Mine are blue, and I think that they look really good on a white car. I'll refrain from showing pics, since I did a kind of half assed job on them. :hammer:
