caliper rubbing new rotor

so i re did my rear brakes last week and now when i take off or there is torque being applied the rotor shifts and rubs on my caliper. i took the tire off and wire wheeled the hub and it stopped for a day and now its doing it again,anybody experience this before. what can i do?

what part of the caliper is rubbing? is the pad in correctly? i know the rears can get cocked (thats what she said) and cause them to bind up or drag on the rotor. i had it happen, had to buy some stupid cheap tool to compress the calipers.

everything is on correctly, ive done it twice now

if its all in correctly then why is there a rubbing issue?

im thinking maybe the rotor is warped so i called our parts supplier today and had them send a new one, ill get to it tomorrow
