Camshaft Install near me?

Hey Guys I live in California the EastBay Specifically. And I was wondering do any shops nearby can install Comp Cam? Or it’s literally impossible because it’s California?

if you do it on your own scotch cloth green to clean up surface lower and top
cams are easy install if you have the proper tools cam lock
