Ok, so I am looking at camshafts for my H/C/I swap.

I will be using a Explorer upper and lower intake and brand new GT40 heads.

Now I have been debating over a E303, a Steeda #19, and this http://www.summitracing.com/parts/CCA-SK31-336-4/ which is what I'd like. How ever I do not know if it's too aggressive, the exhaust duration is significantly longer than the Steeda and Ford camshafts.

All I am looking for is peoples opinions and info.

You can't use that cam. It is a flat cam, not a Hydraulic Roller.

The TFS Stage 1 cam works well with GT40 heads. Make sure you have upgraded valve springs on the heads with an aftermarket cam.

Well I prefer the specs of that cam more than the others. Going to go for that one. Thanks!

Right on, thanks guys. However I think I will stick with the 1.6 rockers. But, what length and diameter pushrods do GT40 heads use? The roller rocker set I am buying, I don't think it includes new ones...

You have to buy an adjustable pushrod checker. Measure them and then order.

I'd have to say the opposite lol. I think the #19 is a really nice cam.

If your thinking about buying the iron gt40s save your money! They aren't much better than the e7s. As far as cams, look at Comps xe series.

yeah it has some lift but the duration is huge for heads that don't flow much. How much are you looking to spend on heads?

+1 I paid $980 shipped for my X303 heads and they were rebuilt/cleaned so they were practically new.
