Can a 5.0 sound like this....

So in the video, this guy has a kenne bell.... is that what these things sound like in person or what else does this guy have to make it sound like that? Is it because of the motor already?

I think it is mostly motor, but the whining is from the Kenne Bell. I am new to mustangs but that one is still badass ride. I am hoping when I get done with my ride it is going to sound like that. I am sure he has different exhaust and other mods to it.

Okay... I guess its my fault for not specifing enough. I only care about that crazy ass whining sound it is making. I mean, i looked up 5.0 SN95's with a KB and it sounds NOTHING like that...

Thats most likely a built motor as well, but that blower does sound insane.

Oh yeah... its a Dr Gas based exhaust too. hahhaha

Most of what you hear is motor and blower though. No chance of making a 5 liter sound like that.

KBs are usually louder on 4.6s anyways, but the MAIN difference is that that Cobra is pushing more than double the PSI then most people run on their 5.0s, thats why it's so much louder.

Centri's like mine whistle all the time. Roots you dont hear till you whomp it. That car does sound sick. Mine actually gets a whine in it at the top of the rpm range. Otherwise it sounds more like belts slippin.

Mine sounds like a jet If i could id have the whine over the whistle any day. I love it when people are like "Hey man, you got a slipping belt or something" or my personal favorite, " That car isnt supposed to sound like that, it sounds like something is wrong with it" as they get into their integras or some bullshit. But KB's sounds evil esp in that video

4.6 is a modular motor, ours will never sound like that. the super charger part yes but the overall sound not realy
