Watch this video, skip to 1:15 if you want. Guy gets arrested for doing a burnout. I can understand the burnouts are pretty risky with all those people standing around the cars and trucks, but arresting the guy? Not even giving a ticket or a warning, just put him in cuffs. Seems a bit excessive to me.

I think that he went a bit far as it was dangerous in the crowd. They needed to put a stop to it and make an example out of someone.

I've seen this happen before, California cops around where I live are pretty hard on people with modified cars.
He kinda deserved it though, they needed to make an example

i think its funny 5 years ago you would have only seen maybe two people using a cell phone to record a video now a days all you see is cell phones out recording, for thoes of you who dont know im in the coast guard and about a year ago we where on a patrol in a popular spot for boaters to hangout cuz its a small island in the middle of the bay and there was a drunk guy causing problems,etc so when my buddy goes to try to arrest him there is like 100 people around us recording us with their cell phones like here in this video and it was so annoying
