The Cobra looks better, but the GTO is easier to mod and will be much faster/easier. GTOs look like shit IMHO but I can't deny that they are fast and have very nice interiors.

im test driving an 06 gto with a built auto, full exhaust with lt's, custom tune, and an HPE cam soon. It puts down 408rwhp with just the cam. Guys selling it this summer and said i can test drive it to get a feel before he sells it. But hes gonna get a terminator and will give me a ride in that. Im gonna say that the terminator is really what i want, i have always loved them and they are around the same price as a ls2 gto, and the terminator is what i am leaning towards

With a pully, exhaust and and a ported eaton you will be near 450-475 range.


He even got beat by a H/C/I 408 and from what I have been told the orange car is a 4.6 not a 5.4.

IMO i think that is the better choice.

I say Cobra...you can get one between the 11k-15k range depending on condition, miles, mods...etc.

I am a bit biased though.

Yeah... you don't want a GTO...

I'd love to have a GM with an LS* motor... But the z28 and ws6 are both ugly as sin, cant afford a vette, and the GTOs are just blah.

They really aren't ugly, they just look exactly like every other pontiac. Hm, is that a grand prix, grand am, g6 or a GTO? That and they are cows...
