Car Runs Horrible In 2nd Gear....

as the title says i can't seem to figure it out...my runs strong in every gear except in 2nd...in 2nd it feels like i'm towing a damn boat behind me. Any one else had any similar problems with 2nd gear feeling like crap??

I've never heard of that before. what are your mods, year and engine and trans?

95 Gt with BBK Longtubes, Off Road X-Pipe,Magnaflow Catback,BBK Intake,BBK Underdrive Pulleys Walbro 255lph pump,Ram HD clutch,and a Pro 5.0 Shifter, stock H/C/I and T5

Have you checked your timing to assure it is accurate? If so then start checking fuel pressure and vacum problems. Does it sound like its misfiring? We need a little more information to help you out.

fuel pressure is at 33 psi, and yes timing is set at 14*, no not missing at all just feels soooo much more weak in 2nd...i would attribute that to the gears if it were in all gears after 1st but 1st pulls hard, 2nd pulls like a turd, 3rd pulls the hardest out of any of the gears.

check the cap/rotor, clean your maf, get a new fuel filter,plugs,wires, ect

new MSD cap and rotor about 2000 miles on them, new fuel filter about 5000 miles ago, and new NGK plugs and MSD 8.8 super conductors about 3000 miles ago. And new mass air about 6 months ago. I mean the car doesn't act funny pulls like it should through the rpms...just seems sluggish.
