Carbon like build up blown out of my exhaust?

Started up the car yesterday and it blew all this stuff out of it. Not sure what it is exactly... Any ideas? Ive ran the car about 100 miles since i got it, but its hasn't done this until now.

Has it been raining lately? Moisture through the engine will break up carbon. Completely normal unless your car is running bad.

It was sitting i believe when the last owner had it and no rain lately. I dont think its running bad per se, but maybe I just dont know how quick it should be.
