i just got castor camber plates installed in my car 2 weeks ago and it seems as if my front end is higher than it was before.
is there any adjustments i can do to make it back lower? maybe it just looked lower from the camber being too negative before?

anyone else have this issue?

they should have no effect on ride height unless your car was so low it is sitting on the bumpstops.

Blown strut would not cause ride height difference, as that is controlled by the spring. If it's standard located spring, check where the spring pigtail location is, because that does make a difference.
