My 95 5.0 low speed fan stopped working. I check pin 14 for 12v on the ccrm and come up with nothing. Pins 3,4 have 12v and 15 has ground. The fan motor is new and works. Im not sure what to do about pin 14 not having 12v? The only info i can fin doesnt say what to do after testing those pins. I need to get this going this weekend if possible. Also what ccrm's interchange?

it's not uncommon for 1 of the relay's on the ccrm to crap out. When I got my car, the a/c relay didn't work.
I have heard of a guy opening the CCRM box and repairing the faulty relay. But it's not normally done by anyone else.
I can't help with compatability.

You could wire it to be on continually from the ignition sw till you can get a replacement ccrm.

If you are pretty good with a soldering iron, you can replace the relays with modified common relays. However if you aren't, I suggest snatching the box off a mid 90s taurus which is the exact same.

I have an "R" code CCRM for sale. $30 shipped and it's yours. Also check your Low Spd EDF fuse in the underhood fuse box. It's a 10 amp. Check your fan wiring harness for burning or damage.
