Can anyone tell me what all the CCRM runs? I cant get any power out of mine to run my fan. I was just curious as to what all it controls...

it could still be the ccrm causing your problem. It's just a box that holds those relays. The specific relay could be dead inside.

Im having the same problem as you. My low speed works and the high does not. I noticed my plug was a little burnt, Im going to buy some jumper wires and hot wire the fan and see if it comes on.

i just wanna smack ford for making the ccrm. Why not just a relay panel so you could change out a 4 or 5 dollar relay compared to an 80-100 dollar box. grr..

just open up that ccrm. and put a new one in. Wonder if that would work

They are most likely solid state relays...I think its called a gate circuit or something like that. I find that some engineers like to show off how wonderful and awsome they are by making stuff as complex or as clever as they possibly can...instead of simple, cheap, and easy to replace. Euro brands are the WORST.

Sorry to thread jack but my thread got thrown into the electronics section where nobody looks

Ok awhile back i noticed my cars high speed fan wasnt coming on as it should or atleast i dont think so. So i pulled the plug and the high speed wire plug looked a little melted. So i did some testing. The low speed comes on fine and i showed 14volts while the car was running. When i turn on the a/c(everything is removed from the car, dont know if this matters) i only get .08-.10volts on the plug. So i assumed the plug was burnt and wasnt getting power threw it. So i cut a little bit of the skin back and put the volt meter directly on the wire and get the same .08-.10 volts out of it. So is the ccrm bad? I checked the fuses and they were both still ok.

Did you ck the voltage on the hi speed wire or on the same 1 as before?
Try this: plug the fan back in and pull codes. when you first turn the key your low speed fan will kick on for a few seconds then the hi speed for a few seconds.
Or you can actually get the voltage readings at the ccrm.. should be a wiring diagram in a haynes manual

Already did that, I have zippy voltage out of the module.

So if only the low speed fan comes on, and not the high speed fan...then what is the next move?

ck the wiring and connector at the fan to make sure the voltage is getting to the fan.
If your getting hi and low voltage to the motor then the motor is the prob.
