I think I posted this in the wrong place before. I need help badly! When i put my '95 GT 5 spd. into reverse it blows the No.1-15 amp fuse and the air bag light comes on. I have replaced the clockspring, ignition switch, and the back up light switch on the trans. It was shorted out, but that didn't solve the problem. I have current to the back up light switch on the trans. I can take a jumper wire from the battery to the connector for the back up light switch and operate the back up lights w/o any spark, which would indicate no short from that point back. I have disconnected the back up lights inside the trunk, put the trans in reverse and the fuse doesn't blow. If I so much as touch the pin in the connector in the trunk with a 12volt circuit test light, the fuse blows w/o even a spark! Could possibly this be the turn signal multifunction switch? Thanks for any help! Dick
