cheap body kit

ok guys. i gotta guy who claims to have a saleen body kit that fits my 98 gt. it only the front and rear bumber along with the skirts. this sounds crazy but hes only asking 200 dollars!!!! :dontknow: he claims he only paid 450 for it
do you think it is too good to be true? he has pics posted. i was just wondering if that was typical

Anything is possible.Then the only thing you would need are the stick on panels for the Doors.

hes full of crap if he bought it new for $450.

IMO its probably a cheap saleen knock off and will either fit like crap or take a ton of prep work to be good enough for paint.

look at it in person. bumpers are annoying to ship anyway. tbh the only saleen bumper i liked was the rear one, but even that got boring.

Fiberglass or polyurethane? I wouldn't even bother with fiberglass, you'll end up busting your front bumper on something..

i went to see it today and i looked like is was gonna be a pain to paint and it needed some work done cuz he had scratched it taking it out of the box to take pics. it was a good price but i would rather have something of quality. so i passed. thanx for the link too mmikeclass06
