Clutch for the 4 valve??????

I'm sure it's been asked before, but what clutch
Would you guys recommend????

97gt with a 98 4 valve swap, mmr 950
Stroker, 11:5:1 cr, shorty headers, offroad h,
Mac dumps, alum driveshaft, 3.73. Now a short runner and
A 100 shot on the way.

I like ACT and Exedy (sponsor of your Modular Muscle class in NMRA) c/f and spec are out in my book. Im using a Ram for my dyno pulls as its a proven unit. You cant really go wrong unless you over clutch it like 90% of people who "upgrade" their cluches do.

i run a rps clutch with their cyn-r-g flywheel. they arent the cheapest but i love mine

Trying to get this figured out before my refund gets here.
Got one friend telling me CF, another telling me ACT.
Have heard horror stories about spec, but a tone of people
Still use it? Didn't even think of ram or Exedy, and I've had the ford
Heavy duty for 5 years no problem. But now she slipping like crazy, and on her
Way out. Really need something that's gonna last under 400-500hp, that's proven.

mine was making 550 rwhp and the rps clutch was great. if you dont want a rps, id do a act or ram.

my gf's dad who is helping me build my motor is a huge fan of centerforce so that's what i will be going with.

Good stuff, but still not enough to make a good choice.

Everything is still in the air.
Oh and with this economy, an expensive setup is a no go lol
