I have a question on getting the rear brakes on my '94 GT upgraded to the larger Cobra. I plan to use the rear calipers from my GT since I understand they are just about the same as the Cobra calipers. Is there a bracket that moves the GT's calipers out farther so the larger Cobra rotors fit? Are the rear Cobra rotors vented? If I use the GT caliper I think I will need the thinner brake pads from the Cobra to mate correctly with the vented rotors. I see they offer a complete kit from Ford Racing however I want to use my calipers to save some costs. Anyone been down this path before? Thanks for the help.

I saw this kit, I was planning on going with drilled rear rotors to match my front rotors so I won't need all the stuff that comes in the kit. I'm just looking for the brackets, I thought I saw these once on eBay or someplace however I can't find them. Thanks.

If you buy the brackets separately from Ford they are expensive. There was a guy on TCCOA selling sets of them at good prices last year.
