cobra vortech on gt?????????

my friend has a 98 gt and he was offered a 96 cobra vortech for a very descent price..........is it possible?? i know the unit is the same but wat is different.....??

brackets, charge pipe plumbing, any kind of relocation stuff, and he will probably havto make a new coil pack bracket... if i was him id just get the headunit as that is all he will really be able to use unless its got injectors and what not
