Hey guys a local is selling a comp cams composite intake for a 5.0. He is asking 100 dollars. Is it worth it? OR not so much without forced induction? Also have another question, will coupe seats fit in a convertible or are they different? Thanks

I'm guessing you mean a cold air intake, $100 seems like a good deal. Front seats are a direct bolt in, rears are different.

No its an intake manifold, guess i should have been more specific. So the front seats are exactly the same in the vert and coupe? Im looking to buy some new front seats, but someone told me that they are different.

People said that I'd lose bottom end power as well, when I did intake manifold on a stock long block. I lost absolutely nothing, and gained a good deal up top. Sure, the runners on my intake manifold are a lot longer, but the only real way to find out if the power is lost, is to install it and run it.

That intake is built for bigger motors with a lot of air moving through them. Not a bolt on 302
