Seem's to me like you have every excuse in the book when it comes to your car as to why it is so slow for the butt load of money you have in it keep them coming it is so funny,But anyway about my car breaking in to the 13teens your probably right because it sound's to me like you know everything about everything and according to you my car with drag slicks will never cut a 1.8 or 1.9 60 ft because when people usually run drag slicks in you book they usually cut like 2.1 or 2.2 60 ft times oh wait my car cut a 2.2019 on street tires but being that you know everything i'm sure that you are right my car will never get a better 60ft with drag slicks I dont know what I was thinking.Thanks for bringing me back to your world of reality

Im not being cocky at all I'm just tired of some doush telling me that it is impossible to pick up .5 tenth's with a set of drag slicks,as far as looking down on me because my car is in the 14's it's a stock car and what do you have done to get where your at? lot's of money i can bet so ya that makes you better than me

I sure as hell never said someone using slicks would cut 2.2's thats just stupid. I was cutting that on street tires.

You really dont absorb any information at all....and you clearly have no idea whats actually in my car since its pretty basic. 150 dollar pi intake, 1500 dollar used blower setup...you guys are acting like I have a 4k dollar shortblock and a 6k dollar turbo setup.

I dont really feel like arguing with your nonsense but I never said you wouldnt be able to cut 1.8-1.9 60s on slicks, I think you can but I dont think it will be enough to take your car any faster than 14.0-14.2

I have been around these cars enough to know what theyre capable of. I have a lot of doubt that you can get your car into the 13s with just slicks without removing any weight or doing anything else to it.

My car is my DD, its not a race car. I mod it for fun. I dont plan on having a race car so I dont really give a shit if it runs 10s all day.

You are such a tard, from the very first post I put on here you have had nothing but negativity towards everything I have to say pretty much called bullshit on my car running what it did like saying post slips like I was lying about it I don't have to lie or make shit up and use excuses like you do and I'm smart enough and been around the drag strip and cars long enough to know that it takes more than just a intake and a blower on a stock 96-98 mustang to run what you are so I doubt that you only have 1600$ in your car so keep lying to yourself dont forget about your exhust your stall and what ever else your not adding for so 1600$ i doubt it and I bet you don't do the work yourself so their is some more money.I'm done arguing with your dumb ass and come may I will post a video of the 13 pass with a stock 96 gt except for the drag slicks so you can see how much you really know.

Everything on my car ive installed except the gears because I didnt want to fuck them up. I just put a 4r70w in with long tubes on a month ago.

I dont have a lot of money so everything on my car was pretty much bargain shopping.


The 12.8 at 113 is before the stall....

Im not even gonna consider the 12.7 realistic because I couldnt even use the stall on street tires, it actually made it worse. I need slicks to actually show the differance with the stall.

I have misc. bolt ons, pi intake, 3.73 gears, and the blower....theres really not much

I have 42 lb injectors, 255 lp/h fuel pump, and a 05+ PMAS to support the blower.

You might be able to run 13.8-13.9....I dont know, Im saying 14.0-14.2

Why is that such a big problem for you too accept that I dont think running 13s is gonna be a cake walk?

Are you even Man enough to come back and post your results if you dont get into the 13s?

Ya Im the one saying that a car that runs 14.4 on street tires with a 2.2 60ft is not capable of getting in to the 13's with drag slicks so I guess I'm the dumb ass for even thinking that is even possible because nobody with a stock car has ever gained .5tenths from going from street tires to slicks but maybe if it were you and you are the greatest from what Im gathering it could be done

Again, im basing my opinion on the fact that ive never really seen or heard it....go to drag times and look a peoples times.

This car for example: 97 gt with small bolt ons, 3.73s, and mickey thompsons cutting 1.9 60 foot times trapping 96 mph

He ran 14.15.

...you two need to settle down a bit. You can argue about whether or not someone will or won't break into the 13s until you're blue in the face, and none of it will matter.

1996slowstang - if you ran 14.4 @ 94 mph bone stock, good for you. Post the timeslips and pics of your car. Why? Because I don't believe you. Not because I'm making assumptions about anything, but basically because I don't believe ANYONE until I see timeslips. It's standard practice here. If you run a number, post the timeslip.

Instead of yelling at Justin all day telling him how you're going to run 13s, just go do it and shut him up. I'm sure he'd be thrilled to be wrong.

It is standard to ask for the timeslip.....he wants to get all pissed about it and say we dont believe him instead of just posting it.

He has it posted somewhere....I believe its a 2.20 60, 14.48 1/4 at 95 mph to be more exact

OKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKk not that i want to get involved but with stock 327 gears in a stick car with slicks I DID THIS THIS YEAR LISTEN TO ME there is no way your gonna cut better then a 1.8 60' for this reason BECAUSE OF BOG you dont have enough power to really dump and get at thoes slicks like you should it took me some 3.73's to get rid of the bog from a 26x8.5x15 micke et slicks. if you can run it awesome but just know its gonna take a good amount of trips to get that launch down correctly, also playing with the air pressure and getting use to the "wiggle" at full speed with a wrinkle wall with no tubes....

legiti im not even trying to be dick here either but i have 283rwhp with a stock cat, my first few runs with slicks and an off road h pipe, i bogged BADLY i let out smooth from 3 4 and once kinda hard from 5k and bog bog and horrible lol i put 373's in and then would till elt it out smooth NOT DROP and was fine for 38-4300 and was fine no bog, dead hook and tok off like a rocket, just need to get better rear end/clutch and ill get that cut 1.8 to a 1.7ish

I dont get all pissed when people ask to see my time slips it's just when they call B/S or say that it's highly unlikely for my car to run what it did a 14.4727 stock because like I said before I don't go around making stuff up and the reason I dident post my time slips from the beginning is because I couldent figure out how to do it.
