Couple Of Light Problems

Just picked up an 02 GT Convertible, first problem is the headlights are staying on when driving even when the knob is pushed in the off position, they go out when the ignition is turned off, second problem is the two lights on the interior mirror are staying on, even when the ignition is off, any ideas? Thanks
