Alright, most of ya'll know I got into a wreck and it f*ck*d by exhaust. So I can either spend $150 for a pair of 2.5'' tips from 50resto or I can just chop them off and go with dumps. But the car is a daily driver, I have no problem listening to the flowmasters for my song of choice when driving. But will it be ALOT hotter in the car and is it loud enough to get a ticket?

If you have Emissions there the only problem is finding someone to test with them on. I had to have pipes put back on In ga when i had dumps. I went to 5 different places and no one would even test it.

Your going to have a nice Drone at Hwy speeds.

Dumps rock. DOOO ITTTTTT

Plus they're super cheap so if you don't like it, you won't be out of that much money to throw new tailpipes on it.

Im thinking about trying it out, I need new tailpipes anyways. So if I dont like it I already have some on order. Does anybody have sound clips of flow 40 series dumped(o/r x-pipe)?

I just dumped my lm1's, and go figure, it sounds better. less raspyness, and it sounds deeper too.
