I will need a new one though! I can't describe what up with it though! I've typed it about 7 times, and erased it all. It is just looking 13 years old, I guess!

On a side note, anyone ever paint their cowl panel or mirrors with a rattle can? How'd it come out?
OnyxCobra said:Of course they are a little old looking, and i can make them shine up really good. I just want them to match the paint on the car is all, I wanted to get them painted but if i can do it myself and make it look good then i will.

I'd say primer them first. That is what I plan on doing when I do mine. As you know the factory horizontals look faded after the years, this should help keep the paint better.OnyxCobra said:You got it man, just trying to help.

OnyxCobra said:Thanks for the advice. I really want it to match the rest of the car, so gloss black. Whether i paint it with gloss black or base coat/clear coat i don't really care as long as it comes out nice. I just don't know how good rattle can can look.
