craked my intake

[ROB 98GT]

Well it finally happened , my intake manifold cracked on my 98 right behind the altenator. :wall: I can still drive it but i got to throw in some coolant at the end of the day. Luckily I bought a pi intake off ebay for $60 last winter. These are the parts I ordered, any thing I missed? Thanks

PI intake manifold gaskets (2 pc, L&R)
Waterpump O-Ring
Heater Core Coolant Tube
Waterpump nipple
Thermostat housing O-Ring
Alternator Bracket for new style manifold with aluminum crossover tube

lol i look at alldata today. a new NPI manifold from ford is $598 a pi intake is $387 and a bullit intake is $1189 wow haha

i'm just gonna buy the livernois so i can pretty much have it finished in a day. won't have to worrry about shit.

plus i added it up by buying a brand new pi intake off of a website is like $200. by the time i get all the gaskets and bullshit I'm up to about 350. for 150 more it'll be easier on me.

i hope i don't have to change nipple. mine was made in 11/98

i saw that. but it's more than that. it's got like an inch and a half taken off the platform for the plenum. so it's retapped and what not.

its just karma catching up with them reminding them to get better intake mainfolds and run harder!!

or the ghost of nonpi floating around the usa and busting mainfolds..

might as well replace the Plenum gasket as well. i dunno about you, but mine looked like crap when i took it off my 98.
