WHere are you located...thats first and foremost....then how far are you willing to travel. REmember you get what you pay for. Cheap out and get a mail order chip, you get a cheap tune. The BEST thing you can do is have your car strapped to the rollers and the chip burnt on the spot. This isn't always pheasible but it is still optimal none the less.
