Damper to crankshaft bolts torque specs

I have a 96 mustang putting pi motor in it I’m using the 96 timing cover my question is do I torque the harmonic balance bolt to the 96 specs are for the PI specs ?

The torque spec should be the same. I would torque it back to the spec for the year of the engine. The timing cover doesn’t change the balancer torque spec.
