I ordered a set of new tires for my SRT4 a couple of weeks ago from Discount Tire online. The site noted that they were "low" in two of the warehouses, and one had "Less than 2" so I went ahead and ordered them before they ran out. The afternoon that I ordered them I received an email stating that there was going to be a short delay, about 3-4 days. No biggie to me, that'd have them getting to me in about a week and I knew it was going to take me that long to get around to polishing my wheels. I figured that they were going to possibly have all of them sent to the same warehouse then sent to me so that I'd receive all four at the same time or some bull like that. So now it's been nearly two weeks, and I have yet to receive any sort of communication from them. I sent them an email asking where my tires were, what the delay was, and why they hadn't been shipped yet yesterday morning and have yet to hear anything back from them. I'm a bit more than just pissed off. I sent them nearly $500 for a set of tires weeks ago and haven't heard anything back from them since the "Short 3-4 day delay" email. :bs:

End rant. Places with shit for customer support can suck it. Last time I use Discount-Tire.

Perhaps call their HQ and complain? If you have an online receipt email it to them for proof of purchase.

I buy my tires online and have them installed by discount, never had a problem yet. Good luck with it though.

I don't personally consider an email interaction as dealing with customer service.
You probably should have called before ordering since it clearly stated low stock.

I hope it works out for you and advise a call because I have bought @ a dozen sets of tires from them and never had an issue.
