i pulled my dizzy out because there is way too much side to side play in the shaft, and the bushing/seal in the bottom of the body is worn pretty badly... its just a thick rubber seal.... can i replace it or do i have to buy a whole distributer....... just because of that one seal....thing..... man... thanks guys...

i can't help you much cuz i'm in the same place with mine my upper bushing is worn too somebodys gotta done this before

I replaced mine with a rebuilt unit from auto zone for around a hundred bucks or so "plus core" Its been doing alright for three years now. but I would think you could buy the rebuild kit at Napa or some other auto parts store if you want to go to that much trouble. hope this helps
