I can't stand them, they don't retract worth a damn AND they are hard to pull out. I've been playing with the idea of getting another seatbelt setup and bending the 'holder' portion out so the belt can retract easier, the metal piece bolted to the pillar. Thoughts?

I personally have no problems with mine, they work pretty well. Good luck on your project anyhow.

Mine don't retract very well and the belt loops got annoying. Removed the belt loops on the seats and they still dont retract, but at least I can throw them away from when getting out ahah

I'm with him I've never had an issue with them. The only part that gets a little annoying is when the people on the pass side get out they don't keep the belt in the holder and then the buckle part bangs on the side of the interior, mine is always mint though.

my passanger seatbelt is the only troublesome one, it doesnt retract all the way and a couple time people have SLAMMED the door with the buckle on the skirt/doorsill

it also gets stuck between the door so the passenger has to reopen the door to put their seatbelt on.

honestly i dont wear my seatbelt 95% of the time. my daily driving consists of about a 5 minute car ride a mile down the street. and otherwise awh hell its just uncomfortable.

Mine don't retract worth a damn, and boy is it ANNOYING. As for the 4 pt harness, i don't really love my seatbelts anyway, and having a 4 pt would make that worse. I feel like it needs a stronger spring to pull harder on the belt....

never had an issue, but I wear mine religously and I am grabbing it as I sit down.

Worst accident I had was 2 miles from my house and I was lucky to get away from it alive. Saying you do not need it because you do not drive far here on the net is just four-play for a darwin award later when your line above is quoted......
