I know alot of ppl that have them (99 up 4v's and 05 + 3v's) and the amount of heat those things take in I wouldnt use it. Your better off with your stock intake or a PVC (ie JLT)

appreciate the help

Im really only interested in that inlet pipe because I think its probably the only one that will fit under the Maximum Motorsports brace

I think the JLT is to large to fit under.......so I guess its really one or the other, I cant see the JLT fitting under

Yea the Jlt wont clear that Strut Towr Brace. You do know the OE inlet tube is actually larger then the jlt... just get a good elecment in ther and roll with that

that's not true. the amount of air going through there does not have time to heat up. the source of air is what is important, take in cold air you get cold air, take in hot engine air, you have hot air.
i would keep the stock inlet tube and get a good filter.
