Ok so I picked up the wife from work.We are driving home. and this GTO starts tailing me gets next to me . he definitely wants to go. I ignore him. A) the roads are wet and I need tires B) I don't race my stang ever. So I guess he got pissed stomps on it (Thing sounded like ASS) and the ass kicks a bit in to my lane. I hate show off's Just because I drive A GT does not mean I want to race you In heavy Traffic. I did not buy the car to race it. I bought it because I wanted A nice Sporty car. Because It makes me happy. And its always in the rain. Why do people have to race in the rain. :wall:

Rain is an Unpredictable Situation. You need to drive in the wet ALOT to understand how to control a car in the Rain. I am pretty good and driving hard in the rain because i know about countersteer but i am in NO WAY able to race in the wet.

GTOs 1st came with 5.7liter LS1....the later GTO's with the "wanna-be Trans-am" hood had the 6.0 litter LS2

what a dumb ass... even i wouldnt race in the rain... even with my categorized "Slow" v6 with its "Low" hp & tq numbers ive lost traction... not just in the rain but also dry days.. so theres no way id race in the rain...

I don't race my car because there's no point in it lol, everyone i know has a faster car and my car would be lucky to run a 14 flat if it was a downhill race with a tailwind

Yesterday I'm on the way home from work, in the rain, mindin' my business and a black Scion TC with DUAL FART CANNONS (on a 4-cylinder!) goes flyin' by me. all I could think was, what a tool.

only the stereotypical assholes do... theres quite a few guys out there with gto's that are nice and couldnt care what it was.. ive even had a couple GTO guys tell me they would have rather of bought a mustang.. and before you say it, they did mean it...
