Door lock actuator repair??

How do I fix this lol. Everytime I unlock or turn my car on the lock motor makes a loud noise, its getting annoying and embarrasing now lol.

no fix that I know of short of replacing it.

Any Idea how it comes out?

I have never looked at it that closely too see how it comes out. You can add an aftermarket actuator that is made to connect to the lock rod on the outside of the door, but still under the door panel probably easier then you can replace the stock one.
