door locks 94 vs 96 and up

Is there a diffrent AM has a set for 97-98, calle dthem and said they dont have any for a 94
Are they not the same locks?

so after some deep research. The lock cylinders are NOT the same, different part numbers. and they even look different. 96-98 has a bend in it. 94-95 does not

Interesting..I would've figured they're the same since the internals on the doors are the same from 94-04.......any pics of what you mean with the bend?

After looking at these pics it seems you might be able to remove the part that connects to the locking rod. although they are different part numbers.
Price wise, they are the same.

I can confirm you can remove those. The locks are physically the same, just that arm is different. Those lock cylinders will even work for the cars with the PATS sensors. To remove them there is a c clip on the back. Just get a flathead screwdriver or a pick and pop it off. Make sure not to lose it since they tend to fly all over the place when removed. Take the old arm off, replace woth the correct one, then install the c clip again. The arm can only be put on one way due to the arrangement of the hole, so you dont have to worry about getting those mixed up either.
