driveline loose-ness

I have some weird driveline feelings. Sometimes when slowly taking turns on uneven roads I feel the driveline swinging about.. Already replaced ujoints so the driveshaft is tight. Could this be the tranny mount? Already ordered a stock replacement but I'd like to get your ideas on the matter.

Also noticed the (stock!) diff to have a pretty big backlash for my taste.. it clunks sometimes and the backlash feels to big when I turn the driveshaft by hand. Also, sometimes when waiting for the lights and putting it in first gear when it goes green, I get a clunk in the entire driveline like the car already wants to move forward.. while I have the clutch in :dontknow:

I'm trying to get the driveline tight bit by bit.. started with tranny fluid and new u-joints, trying tranny mount next and somewhere in the near future 3.73's and new FRPP diff..

How old is your clutch?

I have the same thing dutch. Even had it in my '04 cobra. When I let off the gas I hear a clunk. Not super loud but noticeable to someone listening for it.

it's not really when I lift off, more on take off.

Clutch is just a few months old.
