Driverside window issue

[OLD96]

My driverside window will only work sometimes. Never had an issue with it going up, just down. When it decides not to lower I can hear a clicking when I push the button but thats it. Its not the button clicking it something in the door I guess maybe the regulator. The next morning or later that night it may work fine, and do so for several days or weeks. Then wala it does it again. So what do you guys think? Do I need a new regulator or do ya think I may have another issue?

my mach 1 did the same thing! never a problem with going up but hated going down, i never figured out what the problem was but i also heard the clicking. when it did this i took off the door pull (where the switches are) and messed with the wires... worked everytime

I will check the connections tomorrow. I forgot till tonight that the interior light only works with the door open in a certain spot. The power lock switch does the same got to get the door just right.

Check moduale in drivers door at bottom towards the rear of the door by the light
