So back in late June/early July I had some problems with an order. Basically a package I ordered never got past the first step of the process in the tracking information, so I called up CG and they looked into it and said FedEx lost the package. They apologized and sent out another package the same day no questions asked and said they had already filed a claim with FedEx for the lost package. Very cool.
However, the second package ended up being damaged by FedEx while out on the truck the morning it was supposed to be delivered to me so FedEx routed it back to CG. I called up CG again to let them know, and they again apologized, and again sent out another package (#3 now) no questions asked, same day. Very cool again.
Package three arrived, with no issues.
But, then the original package showed up on my sister's doorstep I guess (I live overseas until September), just left there, requiring no signature. Still the tracking even a few weeks later shows it dead and completely gone in FedEx's tracking system. So, excited to possibly keep the stuff, but also wanting to do the right thing, I shot CG a PM here on the forum explaining the situation and asking them to please advise. They promptly responded that in this particular situation, I could KEEP the stuff!!! Talk about a massive hookup from CG!!
CG FTMFW...they've definitely got a lifelong and happy customer, and amazing customer service, and I will definitely recommend them to others. THIS is what great business is all about!!
