Thanks guys. It's coming along, that's for sure. I still need to get the dent on the otherside pulled but my rear bumper is kinda wavy so I'm going to wait until I get a new bumper to get that fixed. But she does clean up pretty nice.

The car seems to handle the E303 just fine. It's idling high, which I've got to figure out, but I think it's just my IAC. I noticed a crack in it from where it was tightened down too much so I'm going to swap it with one of the ones I have laying around and see what it does. Other than the sorta high idle, she runs just fine. Slow as all get out, really need some gears to wake it up. Slowly but surely

Finally had some off time to really clean this car up. Spent a few hours clay barring and waxing and really beginning to like this car. Installed my new OEM FoMoCo gas pedal assembly and went and snapped this pic, as a sorta throwback to the 95.

Just sorta been cleaning it up, and fixing little odds and ends. Ordered the very last radio antenna wire in existence in the Ford dealer network to replace my hacked up one. Eventually going to get a new radio and replace the center stack from the one from my 95 and steal the FR500 wheel but taking my time. Picked up some dumps this week too, whenever I get some free time, I'll hack those awful truck tips off and weld these up and fix my exhaust leaks.

Got my new Cobra lights in and got the car detailed for a Cruise tomorrow. Also installed my new IAC so my idle is finally down.

JK on the fixed idle. It seems to idle halfway decent when you first start it up, like 1k-ish but as soon as you rev it/start moving, it hangs around the 1500-2000 mark. Need to start figuring that out, but I'm lazy. New brakes, shocks, wheel bearings, and balljoints should be going on tomorrow night, or at least as much of it as I can get done. Got a busy weekend planned so won't have much time besides tomorrow to get it knocked out. Still really need to clean it up again and go get some better pictures. 3300 miles on it as of today. Steady trucking.

interesting... any thoughts on the idle issue, now? Vacuum, ground, bad injector?

glad you're getting some miles in! :-D
