efi manifold & shifter ?

well i was looking at my local salvage yard an i cam across a ford motor just sitting in a build with other motors but its a ford motor and i couldnot tell what it was it had efi on but more like a blow thru set-up but has fuel rails on it. but there 24lbs(blue) injectors on there and i was wondering if anyone knows what these motors came in? couldnot find any gt signs on the heads either. could it be a 460? didnt really had time to look at it. but if it was a 460 could i use the injectors on my 5.0?
Also when i did my clutch i found out that i had a tremec tr3550 tranny(not the tko verison eihter) and i was wondering what short throw shifer i should get? I take it that t5 shifter wont work?

The shifter would not work in a Tremec.

The easiest way to identify a 460 injected is large center bolt valve covers. Valve covers will have 4 bolts inline, 3/8" heads in the middle of the valve cover.

Also it will have what looks to be a carb intake with a large 90 degree elbow on top ending in 2 50mm throttle bodies.

A 460 did come with 24lb injectors..
